THE STORY
The war for warp-cursed Croatoas rages on. Hailed as āGiant-killersā for their heroics during Operation Jotunn, Lieutenant Commander Hadeya Etsul and the crew of the Leman Russ Demolisher Steel Tread are hurled right back into battle.
Assigned command of a convoy of armour and infantry, Etsul is tasked with escorting a legendary lord commissar through contested territory to stabilise the wavering Ruega Front. But with a new crew member disturbing the delicate harmony of her tank, and a malevolent nemesis lurking unseen in the high passes ahead, the mission proves even more dangerous than first thought.
As Etsulās troubles multiply, she is forced to risk everything ā even the hard-won trust of her crew ā in the name of duty.
