Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; ensure the gear is free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
Ship Your Loot
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
