The Ursus Infantry are one of Soviet Scienceās most fearsome creations, unleashed in the wake of the Rifts as the Proletarian Hemotype serum reached terrifying new potential. Built using stolen Axis research and designed to rival the dreaded Shreckwulfen, these brutal soldiers fuse human strength with the raw power of the Siberian Brown Bear.
A powerful symbol of the Soviet Unionās embrace of Rift technology, Ursus Squads are deployed in small groups to smash through enemy lines in savage close-quarters assaults. Their sheer physical force and terrifying presence make them a serious threat even to heavily enhanced Rift units.
Some squads carry heavy mauls, adding even more destructive potential to their already formidable attacks. With crushing blows capable of threatening heavily armoured targets, they are built to dominate the frontline.
